Feeding Exposure Paper

We would like to congratulate our research partners at the Universities of Bordeaux (France) and Orebrö (Sweden) on the publication of their recent article ‘Chronic feeding exposure to virgin and spiked microplastics disrupts essential biological functions in teleost fish’ in the Journal of Hazardous Materials! This paper evaluates the toxicity of polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride microplastics (virgin or spiked with chemicals) in two short-lived fish using a freshwater species (zebrafish), and a marine species (marine medaka).

Learn more about the paper in this news item from INRAE, and access the paper through the link below or through our 'Recommended Reading’ page!
